As a certified property stylist I work to produce buying signals throughout a home that leave a lasting impression. I create favorable impressions by highlighting selling features, enhancing functionality and visual flow. I advise clients and make reasonable recommendations on how to make their house appear bigger, brighter, and more inviting to any potential buyer. We work together as a team and get the house SOLD quickly!

Our Services Include...

1. Visionary Spaces will complete a walk through of interior and/or exterior with the homeowner(s)
2. Visionary Spaces will create a customized home evaluation report that includes recomendations for each room, focusing on quick transformations that showcase the properties highest potential. Duration approximately 2 hours.
3. This may include a combination of: Furniture Rearrangement, De-Cluttering & Cleaning, De-Personalizing, Neutralizing Décor, Minor Repairs, Curb Appeal, Painting & Accessorizing
   
4. Homeowners(s) will be given an opportunity to complete the home evaluation report
5. Visionary Spaces will return to examine and make any final touches to ensure the home is photo ready and open house presentable. Duration approximately1-3 hours for 1st visit, and 2-5 hours for the 2nd visit.

Every effort will be made to use existing furniture and accessories. The recommendations made will be the most cost-effective ways to maximize profits. This does not include hiring of Trades, any rentals, purchases of accessories, materials etc.

Once a consultation and report have been given the client will have the option to hire Visionary Space for any additional services or executions for an addition fee paid by homeowner directly. Regular rates will apply.
