Whether you need decorating ideas or hands on services for improving your living space we can help you to design a stylish interior design scheme.

Option 1: Staging Consultation

A certified staging consultant will come and do a walk and talk consultation. This means that together with the consultant you will tour your home's interior and exterior. As you both go through each room suggestions and recommendations on how to create that everlasting first impression will be made by the consultant as you take notes. We will talk about how to highlight the focal points of each room as well as any changes that should be made to maximize your homes assets and make your house stand out from the rest.

DURATION: Approximately 1-2 hours
FEES: $150.00 up to 2000 sq.ft. (add $50 for each additional 500 sq.ft.)

Option 2: Staging Consultation & Home Evaluation Report

This personalized report will be tailored especially for your properties interior and exterior. All the required details and finishing touches that you will need to do before the open house. This consultation is in-depth and includes us taking photos and detailed notes in order to create this plan for you. This may include recommendations for hiring trades, rentals, making minor repairs, furniture rearranging plans to optimize space, paint colours, de-cluttering and accessorizing to create a designer look. This report is a comprehensive and detailed book for you to follow as a guide for every area of your home’s interior and exterior with recommendations that will make your home stand out from the rest. Once your house is transformed into a model home, simply sit back and watch it sell for top dollar. The Report will be prepared on site so that you can begin your transformation right away. This plan is perfect for the DIY’s.

DURATION: Approximately 2-4 hours
FEES: $400.00

Option 3: Staging Consultation, Home Evaluation Report & Professional Styling

This would be the all inclusive plan. For the homeowner that may not have the ability or the skills to partake in some or all of the physical work involved in the recommendations of the consultation. This plan will be a combination of option 2 & 3. You can choose to involve us for as much or as little to carry out the recommendations. Once the report has been prepared and budget is determined you may hire a staging professional to come in and implement hands on help in conjunction with any trades or other services needed to be done. A service agreement is required and will be prepared.

DURATION: Approximately 2-4 hours
FEES: $75.00/hour with 4 hour minimum (discounted rates for 6+ hours)

Re-design Consultations

Redesign is a term that simply means reusing and rearranging your existing furnishings and accessories to create dramatic room makeovers. A skilled redesigner is an affordable alternative to traditional, interior designers. Any change in our lifestyle that affects our household is a good time to call a redesigner for help. Whatever the case may be we can help relieve the stress and upheaval feelings. We will come and consult with you regarding your needs and goals and help to resolve any dilemmas that you may have. If needed and if your budget allows we will also make recommendations for any upgrades that may be required. A recommendation proposal will be prepared including a floor plan of furniture placement sketch will be provided. After a consultation you can undertake the work yourself of involve us further. Reasons for redesign may include;

  • Melding families
  • Up/down sizing
  • Re-purposing rooms
  • Need a change of scenery
  • Want to create balance/harmony/ambience/mood

DURATION: Approximately 1-2 hours per room
FEES: $150.00 per room

Re-design Implementations

You can choose to involve us for as much or as little to carry out the recommendations. Once the service report has been prepared and budget is determined you may hire a staging professional to come in and implement hands on help in conjunction with any trades or other services that you require to be done.

Move In Service

Well everything seemed to fit just fine in your previous home but now that you have moved the size of the new space may be different. We can help you decide how to use your existing furnishings, accessories and art work in your new place while creating a balance flow and harmony. This service is prepared by the room and requires 2 hour minimum.

DURATION: Approximately 2+ hours per room
FEES: $75.00/hour with 4 hour minimum (discounted rates for 6+ hours)
